Update #2 (Oct 2): I spoke too soon friends.
Last night I get a call saying my radios will be shut off in 48 hours due to non-payment. Funny, I obviously paid you if my radios were turned back on. Turns out Jaime MacDonald took my payment info, but never applied the payment. That makes me real comfortable... Will be canceling Credit Card just in case. And what type of system allows the employee to turn the radios back on if payment isn't processed?
Anyways, back in touch with the mythical "Kate" over at @SXM_Help. She asked for another e-mail... This would be the third one. I explain the issue and ask for someone in management to contact me.
Well, who do they send to me??? Jaime MacDonald. So they obviously either (a) did not read any of the e-mail I spent time writing as requested by "Kate" or (b) read the e-mail and absolutely do not care in the slightest about my concerns.
We're done SiriusXM... Other than
Opie and Anthony none of your content is worth anything to me. I'll just listen to their podcast, YouTube, etc to get my fix.

UPDATE #1 (Aug 23): Jaime MacDonald from the SiriusXM Customer Care team has been in touch... He apologized for the issues, credited forward the previous charge and provided a nice discount on my radio subscription... All re-newed and radios are working. Good save.

I do not believe I have ever taken to this site to complain about anything, well perhaps a bad trip/meal review, but never a direct issue with any organization I discuss on this site. Well today that changes and the company in question is good ole SiriusXM.
This particular customer service nightmare (I have had several in the past) began this past spring. We were long time subscribers and had just traded in our van for a newer van that came with a free trial of the XM radio service as part of the purchase. I did not want to lose the subscription I already paid for and also wanted to keep the free trial period that came with the new van. Seems logical, right? I paid for both because lets face it calling any service free on a $30,000+ vehicle is a lie.
So I call SiriusXM... They've been around for a long time (I joined in 2004), so this has to be a pretty standard request. Oh wait, I forgot I was dealing with SiriusXM.
